Help & FAQ

Answers to the questions families ask most.

Does my child need any coding experience?

No. Each course and live program lists a recommended grade range and experience level, but they are guides, not strict limits. Beginners start with visual blocks before moving to typed code.

What's the difference between live classes and self-paced courses?

Live classes are scheduled online sessions with an instructor, in small groups or one-to-one. Self-paced courses are lessons, quizzes and projects your child completes on their own timeline, with progress saved automatically.

How does the free demo work?

Each child can have one free demo per live program. Pick a published slot or ask for another time. A completed demo or a no-show uses the free demo; if our instructor cancels, it doesn't. Booking a demo never creates a purchase.

How do payments work?

Every course and live package is a one-time payment of the full amount, shown in your market's currency before you confirm. Pay by the QR or bank-transfer instructions shown at checkout, then upload your payment evidence. An administrator reviews it manually. There are no instalments, subscriptions or automatic charges.

When does access start?

After an administrator approves your full payment, an authorised admin activates access for the specific child you purchased for. You'll get an email and a dashboard notification when it's active.

Can I get a refund?

Payments are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law or other mandatory obligations. This doesn't limit your statutory rights. If our instructor cancels a class, it is rescheduled and doesn't reduce your package.

What happens if my child misses a live class?

Missed classes are recorded honestly as missed. They don't use up your package — your package is valid until its expiry date — but a student no-show doesn't automatically create a refund or a replacement class.

Is the community safe for children?

Every post and comment is reviewed by a moderator before it appears. There is no private messaging, contact details and links are blocked, and guardians can see their child's community activity. Anyone can report content; safety reports are prioritised.

Will my child's project be public?

Only if a guardian has given gallery-sharing consent for that child and a moderator approves the specific project. We show the first name or approved display name only — never surnames, schools, locations or contact details. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Which currencies do you accept?

Nepal (NPR) is our default market. Some other markets can pay in USD or a local currency where we've set prices and payment instructions. We never convert prices automatically; if a price isn't available for your market, checkout is blocked and you can contact us.

How do certificates work?

When a student meets a course's completion criteria, the certificate becomes eligible and our team reviews and issues it. Each certificate has a unique code that anyone can verify on our Certificate Verification page.

How can I request my child's data or delete an account?

From your family dashboard, open the child's profile and choose Data & privacy. We'll verify your request, deactivate the account and hide public content right away while it is reviewed.
