Accounts

• Accounts are created by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the child accounts they create.
• Each child has their own restricted login. Guardians manage children's credentials and can reset them.
• Administrator and moderator accounts must use two-factor authentication.

Purchases and access

• Every self-paced course and live package is a one-time payment of the full amount, shown in the market and currency you confirm at checkout. There are no instalments, subscriptions or automatic charges.
• Payments are made using the manual instructions shown (for example QR or bank transfer) and are reviewed by an administrator. They are not verified automatically.
• After the full payment is approved, an authorised administrator activates access for the specific child named in the purchase. Approval alone does not activate access.
• Course access lasts for the duration shown on the course (lifetime or a fixed period). Live packages are valid for the period shown and are not reduced by missed classes.
• The price, market, currency, discounts and terms are saved when you confirm a purchase and are not changed by later catalog edits.

Live classes and demos

• One free demo per child per program. Completed demos and no-shows use the free demo; instructor cancellations do not; family cancellations count as used unless an administrator grants a documented exception.
• Instructor-cancelled classes are rescheduled and do not reduce your package. Missed classes are recorded as missed and do not automatically create a refund or replacement class.
• Meeting links are private and shared only with the people booked on a session.

Community

Students must follow the community guidelines. Posts are moderated before they appear and may be hidden or removed. There is no private messaging.
