Payment and Refund Policy

How one-time payments, manual review, activation and refunds work.

One-time payment only

Live packages and self-paced courses are paid as a single, full, one-time payment. Instalments, partial payments, recurring billing and automatic charges are not offered.

Prices and markets

  • Nepal (NPR) is our default market. Other markets and currencies are available only where we have set a price and payment instructions.
  • Prices are entered manually for each market. We never convert currencies automatically. If no price is available for your market, checkout is blocked — please contact us.
  • You confirm the market and currency before purchasing; the confirmed price is saved with your purchase.

Discounts

One coupon may be used per purchase where coupons are offered, and coupons can't be combined with other discounts unless stated. A discount can never make a price negative.

Manual payment review

  • Pay using the instructions shown at checkout and upload your payment evidence with the transaction reference.
  • An administrator reviews each submission and approves it, rejects it, or asks for clarification. Evidence that is unreadable or incomplete will be queried — access is not activated until the required payment is verified.
  • Payments are reviewed manually; we never claim they were verified automatically.

Separate activation

Once the full amount is approved, the purchase moves to an activation queue and an authorised administrator activates access for the child named in the purchase. You will be notified when access is active.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law or other mandatory obligations. This policy does not limit any rights you have under the law of your country.

Duplicate payments and mistakes

If you pay twice or overpay, we open a review case and agree a documented resolution with you. We do not automatically refund, credit or move payments between purchases.

Receipts

You receive an acknowledgement when you submit payment evidence and a receipt after approval. These are not tax invoices unless stated.
